Enterprise Assessment Delivery Guidance

Introduction:

The Enterprise Agility assessment is an anonymous survey measuring specific competencies at the team, program and enterprise level. Each assessment measures one specific competency and will be periodically administered to measure growth.  Assessments will be deployed once per PI, with different competencies deployed at different intervals. Additionally, there are numerous competencies that can be measured, which can be deployed by request as your program's continuous improvement needs evolve.

The intent of the LACE is to identify enterprise-wide improvement opportunities that the LACE can support with interactive learning, program support, and focused services. This data will not be used to compare programs. Data from survey results from individual programs is available on request to the RTE or any other member of the program leadership team.

The deployment will require 1-2 hours of the RTEs time for communications. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Assessment Deployment Process:

1. Contact the LACE to get a survey link and the dates the survey will open and closed.
2. Communicate and set expectations with the members of the program who will be taking the survey.
3. Send the survey link and open/close dates to the targeted survey group

Survey Results:

1. The day following the survey close date you can request your program's results.
2. The data will be completely anonymous. There will be no way to tie a response to an individual on your program.
3. The data will be supplied in a CSV and a PDF containing visualizations of the data.
