These formal social contracts are indispensable for creating highly accountable and cooperative cultures at the team and program level. Social contracts define quality, behavioral, and communications expectations. This session will display the importance of how social contracts create alignment on policy and practice. Be ready to gain a deeper understanding of the hierarchy of social contracts, accountability and structure they provide. |
