Centralized Data Repository
The Centralized Data Repository (CDR) provides access to centralized claims, provider, and beneficiary data within a secure HCQIS cloud environment. The CDR increases the accessibility, security, quality, and timeliness of data. There is data ingestion from source systems, less transformations, and better quality data all around. There is a reduction in data duplication and data conflict since all CCSQ/HCQIS users use the same data from the same source. This page identifies the data sources used by or available on the CDR.
CDR Data Catalog
This page lists the current schemas available on the CDR. All data will more closely reflect the source system.
View a roadmap, as of March 3, 2021, of the legacy data sources and the future AWS data sources that will be available in the CDR.
You may need to download the document to see the content if the Roadmap displays blank.
CDR Contributor Resources
This page provides resources and documentation to the Centralized Data Repository (CDR) contributors, including documentation requirements and data issue reporting.
This document describes the purpose, structure, and content of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) (CMS) Data Taxonomy. The Data Taxonomy is a hierarchical structure that describes the types of data that are necessary to accomplish the CMS mission.
