Continuing Education is a cornerstone of growth

As a program matures it is critical that the people driving them continue to educate themselves to develop understanding and foster innovation. Agile and SAFe principals highlight why supporting education is important and necessary in the digital economy. Fostering a growth mindset plays a pivotal role allowing teams to reach new heights.

The LACE team has several different tools that programs can utilize to increase understanding of existing practices, provide gap analysis of current and best practices, or elevate understanding with new concepts.

All LACE Training will provide learners with education units toward renewing certifications.

SAFe Training:

The LACE team has experienced SAFe Program Consultants (SPC's) that deliver a variety of SAFe courses that can support learning goals.

Observation Based Custom Curriculum:

Work with the LACE team to identify areas for improvement and implement a custom training plan curtailed to meet the needs of your program.
