Since 2016, the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) has worked closely with CCSQ to guide, support, and foster the adoption of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. Our certified SAFe program consultants have provided hands-on program and team level support and training to over 700 individual members of the CCSQ community to foster growth of committed Agile practitioners who value transparency and continuous improvement.

We have and continue to work closely with leadership to guide CCSQ's transition to an agile mindset and provide direct coaching support for multiple CCSQ programs. Through portfolio assessment, training, and program/team level coaching, we have developed Lean-Agile change agents across the CCSQ community. The LACE  team:

  • Provides Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe implementation guidance

  • Coaches and facilitates activities at the team and program level

  • Facilitates over 20 unique courses related to Agile and Lean ideas and practices as well as through open door "Bring Your Own" work sessions
