The CCSQ Onboarding guide support service is a space and resource for new teams and employees to learn more about highlights of CCSQ’s standards, and practices for a successful onboarding process with a structured plan to be more productive and more engaged in understanding how CCSQ operates. Welcome to the CCSQ Community, the The Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) is here to help ensure that your onboarding transition be is both enjoyable and effective. Given this data, LACE is here dedicated to make making progress on these improvements to make the ensure a smooth transition smooth for you, your team, and your programsprogram.


New contractors can leverage the ADO Onboarding guide, LACE Onboarding Training, and Guidelines for Lean & Agile Excellence in CCSQ to begin this integration, and access a variety of LACE support services to get a deeper understanding of CCSQ's culture and community. LACE onboarding support services provide new technology contractors both the understanding and the know-how to operate successfully in the CCSQ's digital product and service delivery environment.

If so, LACE is here to help you and your programs with an overall background on the fostering of the The LACE supports individuals, teams, and programs with a playbook on agility practices in CCSQ, providing the history of our adoption of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. Onboarding is what sets you up for long term success within an organization. Therefore, understanding the process for onboarding is critical. LACE has developed several resources available for you and your teams that is easy to follow.

The LACE has developed standards and best practices of how CCSQ functions with a set of guidelines and recommendations that can make your transition at ease. The LACE team and its coaches are here to give you a hand and guide you with the tools, work item management guidance, workflows, and more. 

Dashboard Overview and Breakdown

The CCSQ LACE provides team and program-level enterprise dashboards to help you have insights into trends in preparation, performance and identify improvement opportunities as you are getting started with your new or existing team and programs. The LACE team is here to offer dashboard overview navigation and test drive, training, and open session working clinics with the intent to help you jump start your metrics and its journey
