The CCSQ Onboarding guide support service is a space and resource for new teams and employees to learn more about highlights of CCSQ’s standards, and practices for a successful onboarding process with a structured plan to be more productive and more engaged in understanding how CCSQ operates. Welcome to the CCSQ Community, the The Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) is here to help ensure that your onboarding transition be is both enjoyable and effective. Given this data, LACE is here dedicated to make making progress on these improvements to make the ensure a smooth transition smooth for you, your team, and your programsprogram.

New contractors can leverage the ADO Onboarding guide, LACE Onboarding Training, and Guidelines for Lean & Agile Excellence in CCSQ to begin this integration, and access a variety of LACE support services to get a deeper understanding of CCSQ's culture and community. The CCSQ LACE provides team and program-level enterprise dashboards to help you have insights into trends in preparation, performance and identify improvement opportunities as you are getting started with your new or existing team and programs. The LACE team is here to offer dashboard overview navigation and test drive, training, and open session working clinics with the intent to help you jump start your metrics and its journey
