The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) are aware of a reported delay with the processing of clinical data submissions in the End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS).

We thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue and will notify you as soon as it is resolved. Please continue to submit your clinical data.

Note: Users that manually submit data should refresh their browsers if they receive an error.
