A member of the LACE will partner with your team to identify its business process by using a group activity to create consensus on your business process

and define your business process, and define a planning period that works for your team.

Jira Project and Process Alignment:

The LACE will collaborate with Atlassian support and your team to create a Jira project that models your team's business process. 

Work Definition, Estimation, and Backlog Development Support:

Engage with the LACE to define the smallest units of work, create clarity on what constitutes successful completion, and estimate the effort required to complete.

Backlog Prioritization:

Work with the LACE to improve the sequencing and prioritization of your backlog by balancing legislative, compliance, economic, and customer impact factors.

Meeting Facilitation Support:

Whether it is your first cycle of meetings or the 100th, a LACE Team member can model strong facilitation techniques to help your team maximize the value of the meetings in your planning period, from planning at the beginning, to a review of the planning period at it's end.

Business Agility Transition Workshop: 

Business agility helps policy, governance and business teams align with product and service delivery teams to help communication, information, and deliverables flow through the organization in a manner that accelerates the delivery of the end product.  The Business Agility workshop supports a business team's transition to using practices that have evolved over 22 years of Agile in software product and service delivery. Starting with a business process mapping exercise and ending with the planning of work for the teams first iterative planning period, this workshop is designed to both impart an understanding of the tools, processes, and behaviors that have made agile product delivery successful and kickstart your team's journey into new ways of working.   • For each SAFe training, the LACE facilitates Study Halls for attendees to help prepare for certification exams LACE Clinics
  • The LACE offers all training offerings for individual program by request that can meet minimum attendance requirements.
