During this two-hour course, co-facilitated by the CCSQ Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and the Human-Centered Design Center of Excellence (HCD CoE), attendees will discuss and explore how teams can thoughtfully integrate design and development needs, share responsibility, and achieve a balanced approach to delivery.
Value Stream Mapping is a valuable tool for improving organizational processes. In this 2-hour training, the LACE will provide a comprehensive overview of the subject.
