During this two-day course, you’ll gain

how to effectively perform their role in the Agile Release Train (ART) as it delivers value through Program Increments. During this two-hour course, co-facilitated by the CCSQ Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and the Human-Centered Design Center of Excellence (HCD CoE), attendees will discuss and explore how teams can thoughtfully integrate design and development needs, share responsibility, and achieve a balanced approach to delivery.
