    The Business Agility workshop support's a business team's transition to using practices that have evolved over 22 years of Agile in software product and service delivery.

    Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification Exam Study Halls:

    Scaled Agile's certifications require a synthesis of topical knowledge presented throughout the course, and can be difficult to pass without preparation and attention to detail. Come to the LACE hosted Study Halls after any SAFe Training to get exam tips and bolster your understanding of the topics and concepts introduced during the class.


    The LACE supports your successful completion of the exam to help you become certified and increase your marketplace value.

    Get Credit for LACE Training Events

    • For each SAFe training, the LACE facilitates Study Halls for attendees to help prepare for certification exams LACE Clinics
    • The LACE offers all training offerings for individual program by request that can meet minimum attendance requirements.
    • All workshop, clinic and training hours count as one valid Scrum Education Unit (SEU) for certifications issued by Scrum Alliance. For more information, visit the Scrum Alliance’s SEUs page

    Open-Door Sessions:

    Pop in during any session to ask questions about Lean and Agile practices and behaviors, or increase your understanding of tools like the LACE Agility Health Measurement tool or the Team and Program Enterprise Dashboards, or to enquire and learn more about how the LACE can support your team or program. When requested, you can work one-on-one in a confidential breakout with a LACE Team member to discuss your needs.
