CMS has redesigned the Documentation Repository on the EQRS Communications Hub. This change simplifies your file searches and makes it easier for you to find the information you need. The XSD table clearly indicates which files are in Production and Prod Preview. The Supporting Documents table includes files that support the XSD files, giving you more context and detail. The Sample table includes XML files. The Feedback Files table contains formats for the EDSM submission file feedback

On April 25, 2023, the Healthcare Quality Information System (HCQIS) Access Roles and Profile (HARP) will update its password policy to increase the minimum length from 12 characters to 15 characters and special characters will be optional instead of required. This will apply to new accounts or password changes made on or after April 25, 2023. For more information, please contact the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) Service Center.
