The Agile Health

Check

Assessment is an observation- based tool to help evaluate Agile adoption and maturity with our respective Agile Release Trains (ARTs). It will also help our ARTs to self- reflect and assess the following:

  1. What areas and Agile practices are we doing great on? And why?
  2. What areas and Agile practices are we struggling with? And why?
  3.  What areas and Agile practices can we further improve upon?

This can also be great tool to use during Inspect & Adopt (I&A) Workshops, Retrospectives, and stakeholder touchpoints to continuously enhance agility and drive business value. If you have any questions regarding the assessment, feel free to contact LACE at agilecoache@tantustech.com.
