• Thank you for all your hard work with testing.
• Error Trends Reporting - CDDS report that was provided in the past.  More to come in weeks ahead.  Will help in definition of done.  
  Outlier data that may need to be thrown out due to adverse changes in CW that may have skewed the results.  
  Each EDIs may have different error rates.  

• DCI - signed off on testing.
• Davita -  one last test file to drop with corrected dates.  Will reach out to Hari once feedback files are received.,
• FMC - one test case needed for review.  2 open admissions, one missing discharge date.  Need a look in to the database for further research.
  Is this something that happens frequently?  Conditional sign off on this one last issue to be reviewed and resolved.
• NRAA - Proxy to Revathy (FMC) to sign off for NRAA.

• Production 3/22/2021
• Email will be sent out after Davita and FMC issues are addressed to get go/no go from each EDI.

• Starts 4/9/2021.
• Start documenting use case scenarios now since there are such a large amount of codes to be validated.
• Documentation regarding Phase 2 code 
• Curt will confirm when refreshed production data will be available.  
• Will provide a schedule for each EDI to submit test files for the first week to ensure issues around feedback files are resolved.  A schedule will be provided.
• NRAA expressed the need to know if codes fall under one of the scenarios to ensure they do additional testing for these particular cases:
  a.  Before 11/9, code was an error and now turning into a warning.
  b.  Before 11/9, code was a warning and now turning into an error.

• EDIs have completed their feedback review of the codes for phase 3.  
• Ahmar and Lisa will regroup and provide their feedback as well.  
• Will regroup with community to discuss further when ready.

• Form 2744 - Networks not able to assist with completing the forms since LDOs will be assisting with this?  NCC will be providing reports, but Networks should still continue to assist facilities with this.
