SAFe Scrum Master 

During this two-day course, attendees will gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise as well as explore how to build high performing Agile teams within the (ART) Agile Release Train.  Additionally, attendees will get an in-depth context on how to successfully plan and execute the Planning Interval (PI) Event, which is the primary source for Agile Teams cadence and synchronization towards alignment and combined value delivery for the ART and customers. 

SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification signifies that participants are prepare to perform the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, increasing their value to teams and organizations that are implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Agility Foundations

During this one-day course, LACE will cover the foundations and principles of Agility. What is Agile?
