EQRS Alert: Unscheduled EQRS Clinical Data Submission DowntimeResolved 01/27/2023 The End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) will be unavailable for clinical data submission issue has been resolved. EQRS users may resume submitting clinical data effective immediately. Please cease all clinical data submission activities until notified by CMS that clinical submissions can resume. Please note that some files may have failed and not sent proper feedback files. We will provide a list of those files. Thank This unscheduled downtime is necessary to permit CMS to make essential updates. These updates are critical, and CMS is working to complete them as soon as possible. This new feature provides the following benefits to CCSQ Support Central Customers: - An additional convenient, customer-friendly authentication method via text message
- Eliminates the need to navigate between the CCSQ Support Central website and email to get the one-time password (OTP) for identification
