The CCSQ Onboarding guide support service is a space and resource for new teams and employees to learn more about highlights of CCSQ’s standards, and practices for a successful onboarding process with a structured plan to be more productive and more engaged in understanding how CCSQ operates. Welcome to the CCSQ Community, the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence is here to help your onboarding transition be enjoyable and effective. Welcome to the CCSQ Onboarding Support Service! This is a space for new teams and employees to learn about the standards and practices of CCSQ in order to have a successful onboarding process. Our goal is to help you become productive and engaged in understanding how CCSQ operates. The Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) is here to ensure that your onboarding transition is both enjoyable and effective. According to a study by Officevibe, 51% of people state employees believe that their organization's onboarding process can be improved. LACE is dedicated to making progress on these improvements to ensure a smooth transition for you, your team, and your programs.

CCSQ Agility Operations: 


New contractors can leverage the ADO Onboarding guide, LACE Onboarding Training, and Guidelines for Lean & Agile Excellence in CCSQ to begin this integration, and access a variety to of LACE support services to get a deeper understanding of CCSQ's culture and community. LACE onboarding support services provide new technology contractors both the understanding and the know-how to operate successfully in the CCSQ's digital product and service delivery environment.

CCSQ Agility Onboarding Guide and Agile Playbook: 

The LACE supports individuals, teams, and programs with a playbook on agility practices in CCSQ, providing the history Interesting in learning more about how CCSQ Agility practices work at CMS and its evolution stages. If so, LACE is here to help you and your programs with an overall background on the fostering of the adoption of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. Onboarding is what sets you up for long term success within an organization. Therefore, understanding the process for onboarding is critical. LACE has developed several resources available for you and your teams that is easy to follow. 

Enterprise Standards and Alignment:

Onboarding a new project and program can take time to comprehend its operations, processes, and tools. The LACE has developed standards and best practices of how CCSQ functions with a set of guidelines and recommendations that can make your transition at ease. The LACE team and its coaches are here to give you a hand and guide you with the tools, work item management guidance, workflows, and more. 

Dashboard Overview and Breakdown:

The CCSQ LACE provides team and program-level enterprise dashboards to help you have insights into trends in preparation, performance and identify improvement opportunities as you are getting started with your new or existing team and programs. The LACE team is here to offer dashboard overview navigation and test drive, training, and open session working clinics with the intent to help you jump start your metrics and its journey 

These documents provide context on stages of enterprise transformation, and it's characteristics, and where we are in agile transformation journey. In addition, the playbook provides detailed information on practice standards. project configuration, work item hygiene practices, and more, helping new organizations align with CCSQ and ISG's strategic goals of developing enterprise metrics to identify global improvement opportunities.

LACE Onboarding Training 

The LACE supports incoming digital product and service delivery organizations with LACE On-boarding training. This training takes a deeper look at the topics in the CCSQ Agile Playbook and the CCSQ Contractor Onboarding Guide, helping organizations new to the CCSQ community understand agile operations, processes, and  best practices. Diving deep into getting the most from the JIRA project configuration aligned with the Guidelines for Lean and Agile Excellence, leveraging the Team and Program Enterprise Dashboards, and the many LACE support offerings, the LACE onboarding support services provide new technology contractors both the understanding and the know-how to operate successfully in the CCSQ's digital product and service delivery environment.
