EQRS Alert: EQRS Data Submission Issue Resolved

The End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) will be unavailable for all data submission effective immediately Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Please cease data reporting issue has been resolved.  EQRS users may resume all data submission activities until notified by CMS that data submission activities can resume.This downtime is necessary to permit CMS to make essential data updates. These data updates are critical, and CMS is working to complete them as soon as possible. CMS will provide an update on data submission activities by the end of the week.  We thank you for your cooperation and patienceeffective immediately.
