The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) are aware of a reported delay with the processing of clinical data submissions in the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) .

We thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue and will notify you as soon as it is resolved. Please continue to submit your clinical data.

will be unavailable for all data submission effective immediately Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Please cease all data submission activities until notified by CMS that data submission activities can resume.

This downtime is necessary to permit CMS to make essential data updates. These data updates are critical, and CMS is working to complete them as soon as possible. CMS will provide an update on data submission activities by the end of the week.  We thank you for your cooperation and patienceNote: Users that manually submit data should refresh their browsers if they receive an error.
