The CCSQ Centers of Excellence (CoE) supports the Center for Clinical Standards & Quality (CCSQ) Information Systems Group (ISG) in their continuous improvement strategy. The Lean-Agile (LACE) and Human-Centered Design (HCD CoE) CoEs focus on driving innovation by sharing knowledge of lean, agile, and human-centered design (HCD) best practices across CCSQ’s portfolio in both program and project contexts.

How Do I...







The LACE works closely with CCSQ to guide, support, and foster the adoption and maturation of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. To learn more, please visit the LACE website. 

The HCD CoE works closely with CCSQ to inspire  employees and contractors to gain ongoing customer understanding in order to innovatively create and improve customer experiences (products, services, and policies). To achieve this, they empower CMS stakeholders to innovate by providing customer-first and design thinking strategies and solutions. To learn more, please visit the HCD website.
