Who are the Centers of Excellence?
Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)
Since 2017, the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) has worked
(CoE) supports the Center for Clinical Standards & Quality (CCSQ) Information Systems Group (ISG) in their continuous improvement strategy. The Lean-Agile (LACE) and Human-Centered Design (HCD CoE) CoEs focus on driving innovation by sharing knowledge of lean, agile, and human-centered design (HCD) best practices across CCSQ’s portfolio in both program and project contexts.
These groups offer the following services to CCSQ employees and contractors, including:

- Education & Outreach
- Guidance & Best Practices
The LACE works closely with CCSQ to guide, support, and foster the adoption and maturation of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices.
