COVID-19 Vaccination Data
  • Ahmar provided acceptance criteria that shows fields that will be included in COVID-19 Vaccination module.
  • LDOs would like more technical documentation from ADO (i.e. data dictionary, XML, requirements on submission, business rules on frequency of data submission, etc...)
  • Ahmar will talk to Lisa regarding timing on when documents will be available to Networks.
Business Rule Documentation
  • LDOs discussed the need for system business rule documentation (fully updated and complete data dictionary, XSD, etc...).
  • ADO mentioned to Ahmar that this was provided to LDOs for the EDSM 2.0 migration.  LDOs do not agree that this met their needs.
  • This was a technical document/data management guideline (not business requirements), but would like a fully updated and complete data dictionary, XSD, frequency of submission, etc...
  • Example:  CMS has never provided clear definition of when a patient becomes "PD" patient.  When should change modality?
  • Example:  Vaccination data is expected to be submitted monthly, but they are not given monthly.  The LDOs would like a clear understanding of submission expectation.  Should data be submitted every month or only in the month it was administered.  Flu shot given in September - should it be submitted 12 times until receive a new one or only submit once until next flu shot given.  
  • Documentation being requested is not something ADO could provide, it should come from the Program.  
  • For existing data elements - documentation that provides system business rules (i.e. when to submit, what are they acceptable values/thresholds, etc...)
EDSM 2.0 Technical Documentation
  • Data Dictionary last received during implementation of CROWNWeb 5.1.3.
  • Needs to be updated - inconsistencies with current methods.
  • Complete and full  XML example is still needed - would like full example with COVID-19 data added in at the correct spots.  
EQRS Known Issues 
  • Nathan shared document containing the issues experienced since after go-live.  Not all technical errors documented on this list; mostly errors users are experiencing.  
  • Are all issues around 2728 resolved?  
  • 401 Error - Not uncommon, but seeing tens of thousands of errors.  Seeing for patients who were accepted two weeks ago and now erroring out.  
  • Issues submitting clinical data - visibility into seeing what is being accepted and being able to view data in the SUI.  Has this been resolved?
  • Attestations not successfully being loaded.  Receiving 99999 errors.  
Network Reps on ManTech Call
  • Nathan suggested having Leah and Chris as Network reps on calls with ManTech to provide user perspectives.
  • Ahmar will ask Lisa.
Updates
  • Working on reports with NCC group and on way to get to LDOs.
  • UNOs data - active vs. inactive status.  Data not included so trying to augment the data so it in included.
  • Errors and warning changes - the ones agreed on, proceed with those changes.  Have deeper discussions on the ones that were not agreed upon.
