Original Story:

As a QIO care manager, I want a case management process flow in QMARS in order to process cases from beginning to the end in QMARS NG Adebola Adeleye 

Elaborated Feature:

1. As a QIO care manager, need to see the information entered by the referring QIOs so that I have context for the case recommendation
2. As a QIO care manager, I want to see all case files for any patient in Qmars so that I have the most up to date information on the case
3. As a QIO care manager, I want to find a case file for any patient in Qmars so that I have the most up to date information on the case
4. As a QIO care manager, I need to document care experience data so that I can recommend appropriate care resources
5. As a QIO care manager, I need to document PPC feedback so that I can recommend appropriate programs for the patients home care regimen
6. Document beneficiaries care experience (based a phone interview)
