Original Story

As a Network Security Agent, I understand the procedure for decommissioning groups and users so that there are decreased security concerns

When documentation for capturing and removing users and groups has been produced, this story has met criteria for closure.

Reworked Story

As an EU & A team member, I want to access the procedure for decommissioning groups and users so that standard procedures are followed every time a user or group is de-commissioned.

• Verify that an SOP has been defined for decommissioning users
• Verify that an SOP has been defined for decommissioning groups
• Verify that the SOPs are available to any member of the EU & A team

As a SNOW user I can link all related lessons learned when creating a new record so that anyone accessing the issue can see historically similar issues

• Verify that a link can be added to any existing record
• Verify that linked issues are visible in a record
• Verify that selecting any existing linked record takes you directly to the that record
• Verify that any linked record can be unlinked

As the owner of AC Data Base, due to Covid and working from home, I need to be able to access this database and open existing features to help fix items and keep things running smoothly.
