Original Story:
Provide NPI-TIN level files with MIPS performance data for each of the following four CQM/eCQMs: 1, 2, 3
Notes:
NPI-TIN file: group or clinician tax id
CQM: measure ID
- Iteration n: get access to data 4-7 days (multiple systems, vpn access, etc) enablers
- Iteration n or n+1: find the data (3hr - 1 wk)
- Iteration n1 or n2: validate it is the right data and it is correct
