Original OKR 1:


Objectives: Remove obstacles/blockers/annoyances from engineering team to allow them to focus on developing     


Kr1: Improve reporting processes that allow people to report 3 blockers 

Kr2: 3 Blockers mediated for success    


Objective # 2: Improve engineering team morale and efficiency


Kr1: Reduce meeting time by 20% 

Kr2: Decrease the number of unvaluable meetings to 20%

kr3: Retrospective events with the team 12 per quarter (No decrease in "How did you feel at work this week" over the 12-week period) 


Objective # 3: Foundation is NOT a bottleneck/blocker for HQR


notes: Implement measures to reduce the foundation team as a blocker

Kr3: Ensure the foundational team doesn't become a blocker for more than 1 consecutive week, this will help to decrease the number of blockers time.
