About the Session:
On Wednesday, June 7th, the LACE facilitated a conversation between attendees and speaker, Mindy Riley, Supervisory IT Specialist, QPP, to examine the various agreements between teams, leadership, customers and partners to create a fabric of organizational accountability.
During the Community of Practice, the LACE discussed:
- How continuous exploration fuels innovation,
- Guidance and tools needed to work effectively in remote environments with distributed teams, and
- Creating a defined vision, strategy, and roadmap to satisfy existing customers and attract new ones.
