Phase 3 Testing Timeline

• 07/12/2021 - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728) live in production.
• 07/12/2021 - 09/01/2021 - Resubmission of Clinical Data Files (September to December).
• Timeline
  • Encourage everyone to complete large data submissions prior to the closure of the clinical data
  • Allows us to react to any large data submissions early in the process

• CS1363218 (Effective Date/Time Zone issue)
  • This has been resolved
  • Fix deployed on Tuesday, 7/27 - received confirmation today from DaVita they were able to successfully submit those patients impacted
• Continuing to work with individuals users and facilities to resolved issues around patient mapping or something blocking the patient from coming in
• Able to reach a resolution for every scenario - data issue, database conflict
• 32 days until the 9/1/21 deadline

• On Wednesday, 7/28, the EDSM Data Dictionary was posted to the EQRS Communications Hub here: EQRS Communications Hub

• An updated Data Dictionary will be posted on or about 10/12/2021

• The Kidney Data Dictionary (KDD) is no longer being updated and to reference the data dictionary

• External file of the CW Tribe_Race_Country Tables has been provided for now on the public confluence space.  It will be incorporated into the update data dictionary.   CW Tribe Race Country Tables

EDI 2020 DATA SUBMISSIONS

• The volume for this week has been similar to the volume of the previous weeks
• No major increase or decrease over what we have seen before
• DaVita encountered 999 errors occurred on July 27 and July 28 - Preston and team will perform some research

DaVita - Sarah F will provide a percentage of submissions complete next Friday

FKC -

• Batching submissions = 100% complete
• Through September, they will be doing manual entry for the patients that they cannot get the electronic data to go through as well as research into who all the patients are that differ between EQRS and FKC

DCI -

• Batching submissions = 100%
• Have about 15 patients a month where errors have occurred and need to research individually
• Have about 5-6 patients for each month where EQRS differs from DCI.  Admission needs to be synchronized between the two systems
• 3 issues encountered:

1. There are patients that do not have clinical data.  In EQRS UI, there is a checkbox indicating this patient has no clinical data during the month
   1. In batch reporting, the check box is not getting checked
   2. Therefore, those patients are still listed as missing data on the clinical compliance report
   3. It is of low priority/impact on QIP
   4. FKC encountered the same issue
   5. Ticket = CS1368366
2. Files submitted for about 94 clinics and received errors
   1. Error 11324 - Submitter not mapped to this facility
   2. Error was intermittent
   3. Tried submitting file again and it was successful
   4. Scott pointed out deployments take place usually on Tuesday's and Thursday's between 8pm-11pm.  Expect interruptions and therefore best not to submit during those times
3. Business rule question - two errors for calcium and phosphorus
   1. All lab results need to be submitted at the time the patient is receiving treatment
   2. Then the rule for calcium and phosphorus was changed where lab results didn't have to be submitted at the time the patient is receiving treatment
   3. Previous rule is displays a warning, but now it displays as an error
   4. Error codes 12309 and 12328
   5. This is not happening often, very rare
   6. Yvette checked and both codes are on the phase 3 list and changed to errors
   7. Per Vlad, its not an issue, it was just a question

• Scott will talk to Lisa and Ahmar on what they can provide for the Kt/V topic

NRAA -

• • Over the last couple of weeks a precipitous drop in missing clinicals - its going good
  • Started with about 60,000 from Sept to Dec. down now to about 25,000
  • Thank you to Scott, Yvette, Michael and team for your help
  • All systems go and should be able to meet deadline of 9/1/21

• Working on getting a parsed down version of the clinical compliance report from the NCC

• Question from Howard - What is the status on framing up the 2021 process?
  • Have there been any conversations or discussions around it?
  • Request to be a part of the conversation/collaboration on what the program/CMS is thinking 
  • Per Scott - still no updates on 2021 to share regarding conversations or future direction of 2021
  • These questions will be brought back to Lisa and Ahmar and/or at the next Program Working Group meeting scheduled for August 11
