Phase 3 Testing Timeline

• 06/09/2021 - 07/06/2021 EDIs performs integration testing.
• 07/06/2021 - EDIs sign-off on integration testing - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728).
• 07/07/2021 - 07/11/2021 - ADO prepares for coding deployment - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728).
• 07/12/2021 - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728) live in production.
• 07/12/2021 - 09/01/2021 - Resubmission of Clinical Data Files (September to December). 
• Timeline
  • Encourage everyone to complete large data submissions prior to the closure of the clinical data
  • Allows us to react to any large data submissions early in the process

• Currently 7 tickets with data issues, not system issues
•  After PI15 planning, a lot of daily quality and validation initiatives will involve more global data clean up plans and getting them cleaned up permanently

DaVita -

• Submissions are going well
• Nathan had a question about Medicare enrollment effective date:
  • They do not submit the effective date so EQRS defaults to the day of submission and that is triggering an error
  • Recommendation for the system to apply the date of death logic - If there is a date of death, automatically put in the date of death versus having the system put in the current date
  • This recommendation will be put on the backlog for review
  • Still have clinical ranges on the backlog to be reviewed

FKC -

• Submissions are going well and in a good place;
• Per Revathy, the are pleased with how fast of a response/feedback they have received
• Revathy wanted to confirm the Clinical Compliance report will delivered on Monday's
• Lisa Rees confirmed the Clinical Compliance report will go out every Monday
• Revathy mentioned they are still seeing a lot of 401 errors
• If receiving a 400 or 401 errors, reach out to Michael and he will provide assistance in resolving
• How should the coordination be handled for submission of data on Saturday and Sundays?
  • Submissions can continue over the weekend
  • Plan is for FKC to coordinate with Nathan (DaVita)
