Phase 3 Testing Timeline

• 06/09/2021 - 07/06/2021 EDIs performs integration testing.
• 07/06/21 - EDIs sign-off on integration testing - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728).
• 07/07/2021 - 07/11/2021 - ADO prepares for coding deployment - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728).
• 07/12/2021 - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728) live in production.
• Timeline
  • Encourage everyone to complete large data submissions prior to the closure of the clinical data
  • Allows us to react to any large data submissions early in the process

• Working on Prod Support which is ongoing
• Continue working on the data clean up
• Preparing for the periods to open next week starting 7/12 in production
• Continuing to prep for PI15

Here are the latest results from our combined NRAA and DaVita run:

• • 86,829 total files submitted
    • Davita 46 files with 4000 records. 501 with 425 records
    • NRAA 86282 files with 1 record each
  • 483,207 total records
  • 100% success rate!!!
  • 240 minutes Time to complete all file processing
  • 7360 average records submitted per minute
  • 1960 Average records processed per minute
• Question: Is this performance information based on just the response, the initial response from the EDSM gateway or the or the full end to end loop?
  • Yes, load testing was for the full end to end loop 
  • Feedback files are not immediately available but the will eventually be available as the system is processing them at 1600 records an hour 
• Note that they did not arrive at these numbers without finding and fixing numerous errors in the system
• Thanks to all of the teams that assisted in uncovering a lot of the issues

DaVita - Sign off Received

• • No questions at this time
  • Question: Will any of the 2021 months be opened as well or just the 2020 months that are opened?
    • Yvette: Only the 2020 months will be open; 2021 months will be all closed
    • Lakshmi: As we progress, we can always revisit the opening up of 2021 months, depends on when submissions have been completed

FKC - Sign off Received

• • Attestation batch upload  testing was completed and successful
  • Clinical Depression and Attestations are now open in prod preview

DCI - Sign off Received

• • No problems at this time
  • Files are ready to be uploaded  

NRAA - Pending

• Performed some analysis on where their customers are and where looking good; hardly anything outstanding
• September, October really good
• November  - 12,000 outstanding missing clinicals
• December - pretty good set of data not quite in
• Believes everything should go well for the period of 7/12 to 8/1
• What is the frequency of when the Clinical Compliance report will go out?
  • It will be produced once a week

• Clinical Compliance report will be delivered to EDIs on Tuesday, 7/13
  • Preference is to have it on Monday, 7/12 b/c it shows the whole prior week
  • Available to share with their customers Tuesday morning
