2021.05.07 EQRS EDI Submission Testing - Meeting

• New invites coming for this meeting and Wednesday's Workgroup meeting.
  • Wednesday - Program Related Tasks
    • Information will still flow back to Scott and team; will add Mike Kennedy to the Wednesday invite.
  • Friday - Focus on Testing Phases for EDSM

• The ADO has deployed a hotfix to prod-preview for the 99999 errors.
• CMS will be removing the validations from codes 13559, 13560 and 13561, please continue testing. 
  • Will remove validations entirely for now. In next ADO iteration; will update the group with the date.

Phase 2 Testing Timeline

• 5/4 to 6/1 - EDIs perform Phase 2 (Patient Codes) testing in progress.
• 6/2 - EDI Sign off on testing.
• 6/7 - Production deployment.
• Reopening decisions related to Phase 3 - no date yet

• Davita 5/5 Update (Hari)

  • Started submitting the patient demo files after the Phase-2 related codes were deployed. Getting 99999 errors for major portion of the patients submitted.  We have provided more details in the ticket CS1295748. 

  • Review Nathan's latest email. Error 13510 records concern. Transplant record without field in history. Need citizenship. May be global issue with error codes looking at historical data (from Kathleen) - Mike K asked for some additional details be forwarded. Leah - when some data checks turned off could submit without citizenship. Action - get Howard/all some information related to citizenship business rules. Curt commented working with program to look at some of this. If EDIs have a list already we can take back. Scott will follow-up with Nathan. 
• DCI 5/6 Update (Vlad)
  • DCI submitted data and received errors as expected.  However, they had an issue in how these errors are implemented. For example, we submitted the following admission-treatment data for patient with DCI Org ID 229861 and EQRS UPI 1700440528 and received unexpected results.
  • Prior to 5/2012 errors being removed will alleviate some concerns.
  • Concerned that several errors showing in prod preview e.g. 99999, country of origin, race. Scott asked for retest on 99999
• FKC 5/6 Update (Revathy and Pandu)
  • FKC had similar experiences with these error codes as Vlad (DCI).
  • Pandu submitted 17 Patient files and provided some of his findings w.r.t the 9 error codes  - will be discussing 1:00pm EST Monday 5/10.

• In Progress:
  • Duplicate patients, duplicate Medicare statuses, ghost patients and others
  • CMS accretions now have permission to work these
  • Fake acute discharges
  • Data cleanup for overwritten related to date of death
  • Missing Counties and Zip Codes

Error Code 11251 - 

Attending Practitioner is required.

• CMS discussing internally.
• Will merge with citizenship and country of origin discussion.
• Vlad did some testing and was as expected; Mike Kennedy asked for some details from Vlad since Kathleen and Revathy may be seeing something different.
• From Hari in chat: More info on 13510 (At least one citizenship is required when primary type of treatment is living related, living unrelated, deceased, or unknown.): this isn't part of Phase-1 or Phase-2  and DaVita has not got this error for any patient in PROD so far.
• Will review more with FKC at their session.
• Howard and team are ready to work with Mike K when ready.
