Objectives:
1) Create community awareness of LACE Services by integrating the content into the LACE Confluence Space by making the service catalog public, and creating cross-linking between site content and the service catalog so users can find services relevant to their interests, trainings and other complimentary services.
2) Create a presentation slide in preparation for Qnet Chat where LACE will be providing an overview of its marketing and service offering to the CCSQ Community.
3) Provide and deliver scaled agile framework "Leading SAFe" to the CCSQ Community by educating participants about frameworks and business agility practices to start leading a lean-Agile enterprise.

Objectives:
- Support the growth and development of Agile at the enterprise level by developing content and identifying speakers for the upcoming community of practice
- Support the growth and development of Agile at the enterprise level by informing the community of the LACE Service offerings in the QNET Chat
- Support the acceleration of delivery in the iQies program by updating the program improvement plan based on feedback from PM3 and Federal Program Managers
- Increase the LACE's understanding of our customers through the development of the Federal Program Manager Persona
- Improve the content of the LACE space, Comms hub, and joint COE space to showcase the ways the LACE can support the community
