About the CCSQ LACE

For the past three years, the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) has worked hand-in-hand with CCSQ's Information Services Group to guide, support, and foster the adoption of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe practices. By providing hands-on program and team level support and training to over 700 members of the CCSQ Community, we have supported and guided the CCSQ community to become committed Agile practitioners that value transparency and continuous improvement.

Agile Expertise

We have worked closely with ISG program leadership to guide CCSQ’s transition to a product-driven software development approach, and provided direct coaching support for multiple ISG programs. Through portfolio assessment, training, and program/team level coaching, we have developed Lean-Agile change agents across the CCSQ community. The LACE provides:

  • Support of seven certified SAFe Program Consultants
  • Experience guiding and optimizing Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe implementations
  • Expertise in coaching and facilitating activities at the team and program level
