CCSQ Data & Analytics Support Offerings
During the April 1st Communications Call, the Data & Analytics Modernization Team conducted a survey to gather feedback on our support offerings and Help Desk. Some users noted that they were unaware of the processes related to opening a Help Desk ticket or directing a question to the DAMOD Team. Please refer to the following for links and information regarding:
- Help Desk Support – Users can submit a Help Desk ticket by emailing servicecentersos@cms.hhs.gov and routing it to ADO-QualityNet Analytics-Support
- Request Form – Users can submit requests to the Data & Analytics Modernization Team by submitting through this form on Confluence.
- DAMOD Email – Users can contact us through the hcqis_data@hcqis.org email for general questions regarding onboarding, CDR, and the CAP. Please note that users should direct any technical questions to the help desk so that the question is addressed and tracked by the DAMOD’s technical team members.
We encourage our users to bookmark the support page here for quick access to these links and articles.
