Opening Remarks

Mark Plaugher, Deputy Acting Director ISG/CCSQ, gave a welcoming invitation and offered a real-life example of the government enterprise launch of the Alzheimer Application.

Dr Tharaka Gunarathne (Dr T), MBChB, a TV Psychiatrist, provided a highly interactive, dynamic, science-based presentation into the psychology of collaboration.

Chantal Ramirez, PhD and Meghan Nichols at Ventera offered a decidedly insightful research presentation into collaboration by means of quantitative metrics.

Robert Hunziker at Softrams introduced a thoroughly informative and educational workshop on accessibility and UX challenges.

Ariele Faber, Chief Customer Experience CMS/HHS, offered an astute overview of CMS's customer experience strategy, celebrating

collaborative successes and future opportunities at CMS. 

Afternoon Plenary Title: How collaboration between policy experts and service designers can reshape product development

Rebecca Bruno at A1M Solutions & Sara Camnasio at XCell deliver an extremely engaging toolbox session on the collaborative

process and learnings of service design and policy experts.

Visual Collaboration in the Lucid Suite | See the future. Then build it together *Interactive

Seth Evans from our COE LACE team introduced the Lucid team; Matt Murphy, Byran Stallings, Jarom Chung & Jessica Guistolise,

who then delivered another hugely incisive workshop into the advantages for collaborative work.

Leslie Garner Franklin and Laura King at Skylight Digital deliver a thoughtful and actionable presentation on service design.
