The entire goal of the work processes is to deliver value.

"Working software is the primary measure of progress." - Agile Principle #7 1

Once the team has completed work (per the Definition of Done 2), they show their working software. At the team level, this is the Iteration Review 3. At the Program Level, this is the System Demo 4.

Iteration Review

At the end of an Iteration, the Agile Team demonstrates completed functionality and value output to showcase their work to interested stakeholder and/or customers and solicit feedback. This is the Iteration Review 1, sometimes referred to as the Sprint Review.

System Demo

Just as the Agile Team demonstrates completed functionality and value output at the end of the iteration, the ART must demonstrate all of the Teams' integrated work in the System Demo 1.
