LACE Foundations of Scrum Mastery

In the Foundations of Scrum Mastery training, learners will go beyond basic descriptions of the key agile role and its responsibilities.

After a refresh on the foundational ideas of Agile, learners will get in-depth insights into position responsibilities from both the strategic and tactical standpoint.

Group and individual exercises will force learners to reframe the material in their own thoughts and words, and present real-life tactical problems to apply both theory and practices covered previously in the class.

Users will learn to think critically about metrics and team behaviors, empowering them to both diagnose and tune team performance, and create a strong culture of accountability with their teams.

This course provides learners the tools and techniques they need to take Scrum Mastery to the next level and fulfill the role that the Agile team and organization needs.
