What is the TCF?
The Tantus Collaboration Facility is a shared workspace for the CCSQ community to foster increased productivity and efficiency through cross-team collaboration. This balanced workspace, located immediately outside CMS Headquarters' North Gate, offers community spaces, team rooms, conference rooms, and amenities to encourage open and immediate communication, team-building, idea-swapping, and problem-solving.
Our TCF is a 10,806 square foot open, mobile workspace that allows for all team members to come together at open café-tables, sketch out their ideas on our whiteboard walls, use our video/voice-enabled team rooms to connect with remote team members, and collaborate across team silos.
Who can use it?
The TCF is open to anyone in the CCSQ community.
Why do I need to use it?
With COVID-19, our goal is to maintain safety and health in all situations. While we recommend utilizing remote technology for meetings in general, at times in-person collaboration may be necessary. The TCF is here to meet your needs. The main purpose of the TCF is for In-person group collaboration when necessary.
