This track is designed for those who work in environments where SAFe and Agile are practiced and want to understand how and why Agile and SAFe are practiced. Starting with the underpinnings of agile thought, this track provides learners with a complete understanding of the technical practices that enable the rapid pace of Agile Software development, and how the expected outcomes of software products are communicated in the world of Agile.

Product Management

The Product Management Learning Track is designed for people who work on the business side of software product delivery. Starting with the underpinnings of Agile thought and progressing through the process of conveying the intent and expected outcomes of software products, and how we tie the products and services we build to the overall goals and strategy of our enterprise, this track provides comprehensive knowledge of Product Management principles, techniques and practices from “boots on the ground” to the highest levels of leadership.

This learning path is for those who having a passion for advancing agility within their teams, organizations in community. Starting with the underpinnings of Agile thought and progressing through team facilitation skills, learners on this journey will gain a sufficient understanding DevOps and technical agility practices to understand and serve their teams, progress to the facilitation an Agile Release Train, and be well prepared to move into Agility Coaching through any existing certification authority.
