Communications Call - This Thursday
Join us for a CCSQ Data & Analytics Communications Call this Thursday, April 21st, at 1:00pm ET. During this call, we will review the practice and concept of Human Centered Design, and how the CCSQ Data & Analytics Team leverages it to enhance the environment as well as end user experience.
User Collaboration Wiki - New!
Have you completed research or have information that would be helpful to the community?
Now you can easily share it with other users!
The Data & Analytics Team has released the new User Collaboration Wiki space for the CAP & CDR Environment user community. This new user collaboration forum is a central location through which you can share your solutions and best practices that worked for you. In this wiki, interact with other users by peer-reviewing and commenting on their posts or leverage solutions from other users to enhance your own analytic work.
Currently, the forum is available to those who have HARP Confluence/Atlassian licenses. To gain access, either request a license in HARP, or work with your COR to see if Atlassian licenses can be granted for your organization. For those interested in a demonstration of this space, watch the walk-through from a previous Communications Call.

New User Collaboration Slack Channel
Introducing the #ccsq_data_analytics Slack channel! A new slack channel for the CCSQ Data and Analytics community, motivating each other and facilitating learning opportunities. In this channel, you can submit your questions, respond to threads to contribute ideas, or share your best practices with others within the user community.
All users with SAS Viya Slack licenses have been added to our channel. If for some reason, you were not added, please search for the channel within Slack and opt to join. Please note that all announcements regarding CCSQ Data & Analytics will continue via email as some of our user community do not have access to Slack. If you have questions about Slack access, reach out to your COR and the Contract Engagement Team.
Important Notes:
- Continue to post issues to the #help-service-center-sos Slack channel.
- Please note that the D&A Team will not be monitoring this channel closely, as this channel is designed for users to collaborate with one another.
Important! - When collaborating with other users, it is your responsibility to not share any PHI, PII, or sensitive information.
