Story 1

Original Story

As a Developer of the HQR System, I need to identify which date columns the ETL is pulling from for the other eligibility data flow in order to determine if it will pick up new ASCs

  • Verify that when an ASC is updated in the NPI Registration table that the Org API Reflects the changes.
  • Verify the regression test pass for the Org API.
  • Verify that ASC eligibility is derived from NPI registration table and not the provider eligibility table.

Finalized Story:


As a manager of compliance data at a new ASC, I need to submit data so that my organization will be eligible for medicare/medicaid/part A/Part B reimbursements

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Verify that information for any new ASC is available via a call to the Org API.
  • Verify that X data is available or verify that 

Verify the regression test pass for the Org API - This is a non-functional requirement, does not belong in AC


As a manager of compliance data at an existing ASC, I need to see any changes to information about my organization quarterly,  if it will pick up new ASCs properly

Original Story

As a HQR Engineer, I want to set up the documentation infrastructure, so that the teams can easily export and add the necessary documentation with the data.

Providing the CVP team with the necessary documentation automatically and consistently across programs

Can be updated in code or in db and those changes are automatically picked up with the data and relayed to CVP team

Finalized Story:

As an engineer working for a software development partner, I want to access a standard template for documenting data sources so that the communications overhead regarding data sources is reduced

  • Verify that engineers from outside HQR can access the template
  • Verify that changes to the data schema are automatically updated in the documentation reflected in the documentation in GitHub
