PI 14 Objectives and Key Results
Objective 1: Continue Improvement of enterprise measurements
KR 1: Align LACE Program Observation forms with Agility Assessment questions
KR 2: Create assessment reporting tool for any survey using the dimension/characteristic data format
KR 3: Create Prototype Division Dashboard for Shared Services
Objective 2: Improve Value and Effectiveness of LACE training
KR 1: Improve procedural communications to maintain awareness of course for registrants
KR 2: Inform potential registrants of pre-requisites in all course information sources and marketing materials
KR 3: Create condensed value stream mapping exercise
Objective 3: Prototype of enhanced Jira project template for technical teams
KR 1: The project encourages best practices and work item hygiene for technical (stretch)
KR 2: Demo to leadership for approval/feedback
