Chris reached out to the LACE for a comprehensive training on team and program level agility practices. The LACE expanded the Agility Foundations 2.0 from a two hour course to twelve hours, to include more in-depth information about practices supporting team and program health and a deeper exploration of practices for agility at scale

  • Better than expected, exceeded expectations

  • Planned work was completed, and then some

Does your program have an agile coach?

  • The agile coaching position was cut due to inefficacy during the architect

Have you noticed practice improvements since the training?

  • Overall the ART did better than expected
  • Feedback from the teams was unsolicited and overwhelmingly positive
    • Individual feedback direct to Chris Mario
    • Feedback from Vendor Partner leadership 

What is still an issue?

  • Learning about and improving operational and processes
  • RTE is not doing well (Sajad sumn)

  • PI Planning Observation for upcoming PI is a go (February 20/21)
