  • Adriane Saunders requested an "Agility Foundation Training" that was provided on   to her team of 6-7 members. 
  • Adriane is interested in having her existing team composed of 6-7 whom already participated in the customized "Agility Foundations course" to take a refresh course in "Iteration Reviews" and potentially backlog refinement


Notes: 


-The team deals with "Emergency Response" and has to maintain the Web Portal 

-Composed of 4 members + Adriane

-They are interacting with ServiceNow delivery team 

-Currently, Adriane is the only person interacting with contractors. There is a "Special Project" 

-Iteration Meetings every (2) weeks. 

-Backlog and Iteration Review => Need at the team level essentailly

-508 compliance 

-POC from ISG that oversees the contract with ServiceNow



The objective is for LACE to create content for "Iteration Review/ Backlog" training with the outcome for Adriane's team to walk out with clarification in their role as external stakeholders and interactions within ServiceNow Development teams.

Training Timelines (End of March/ Early April)



Met with Adriane and discussed the intend of the training she is seeking.

  • Ensure the training is a short form training 3-4 hours content on:
    • Iteration Review (Roles & Responsibilities for External Stakeholders)
    • Feedback to the Development Team on scope of work and inputs
    • How their role as leader/stakeholder is critical for the teams
    • Adriane's team is new to Agility and their role. They joined Summer of 2023
    • The Goal is to have her team understand their role in (Iteration Reviews/ Backlog Refinement) when/where their input is needed.
