LACE CoP Topic: The Current and Future State of Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) at CCSQ

Join us on October 26th from 1-2 pm as Brent Weaver, Acting Deputy Director of ISG, and Van Johnson, Deputy Division Director of DQAIMS discuss OKRs in ISG.  Learn when and why ISG decided to adopt OKRs.  Gain additional insight into the evolution of OKRs in ISG for the upcoming LACE Agile Community of Practice.


In this session, we will hear from ISG Leaders on how they have benefited from the OKR’s in the 2021 ISG Playbook, and how they are creating alignment on the long-term vision for ISG.
