PI 12 Objectives and Key Results


PI Objective 1: Support the CCSQ Community's understanding of Effective Product Demos

  • KR 1:  Create 3-4 minute explainer video on Effective Product Demos
  • KR 2:  Deliver a lightning talk on Effective Product Demos at QNET Chat on 6/6
  • KR 3:  Develop and be ready to provide training by the end of the PI


PI Objective 2: Improve internal and external metrics

  • KR 1:  Utilize RPA to provide updates to Course Attendance dashboard
  • KR 2:  Add questions to and administer a leadership survey to pinpoint desired insights
  • KR 3:  Identify improvements to make the existing dashboards more valuable


PI Objective 3: Prototype of enhanced Jira project template

  • KR 1: The project encourages best practices and work item hygiene for technical and non-technical agile teams
  • KR 2: The business agility project template is applied to the LACE Jira Project
  • KR 3: A new project is created and populated with all specs to supporting technical teams


PI Objective 4: (Stretch) Improve learning experiences by shifting to exercise driven content

  • KR 1:  Condense exercise time/content and reduce exercise "ramp up" times for MVP Training
  • KR 2:  Convert OKR training to exercise driven "Authoring Objectives: OKRs to Iteration Goals" session


PI Objective 5: (Stretch) Create two community led communities of practice

  • KR 1:  Identify and Recruit community members to lead and own CoPs
  • KR 2:  Work with those members to schedule events and speakers for 12 months and create a Jira project for CoPs

  • Develop Video Script for Quarterly Theme (Powerful Product Demos)

  • Deliver Leadership Survey to Roni


4) Marketing and Communications

  • Promote LACE Insider, PI Planning, and upcoming SAFe POPM events
