OKR1: One COE Education Catalog
KR: The HCD and LACE Course Catalogs are merged into the joint confluences space
KR: The learning track progressions include both LACE and HCD courses


OKR2: Serve the community through the exploration of industry and organizationally relevant topics
KR: A community of practice and learning video for a relevant topic
KR: Qnet Chat slots are utilized to create awareness of events and support services for the relevant topics


OKR3: Encourage CMS leadership engagement with Software Development Partners to increase transparency, alignment, and timely feedback
KR: Meetings and ceremonies where engagement is critical for program and team success
KR: Any procedural, participatory, or asynchronous communications to improve alignment
