Objectives: 


1) Create community awareness of LACE Services by integrating the content into the LACE Confluence Space by making the service catalog public, and creating cross-linking between site content and the service catalog so users can find services relevant to their interests, trainings and other complimentary services.

2) Create a presentation slide in preparation for Qnet Chat where LACE will be providing an overview of its marketing and service offering to the CCSQ Community.

3) Provide and deliver scaled agile framework "Leading SAFe" to the CCSQ Community by educating participants about frameworks and business agility practices to start leading a lean-Agile enterprise.

  • Complete the Agility foundation training by adding exercises, reviewing the content, and making sure it is using the right template

  • Investigate options for maintaining an automated waitlist for requested training sessions
  • Update the LACE course catalog page to include Value stream mapping training with valid information about the course and goals for the CCSQ community

  • Facilitate a second session to help QMVIG DQM Division understand how lean and agile can benefit the quality measure and development cycle  
  • Identify teams that will participate in the LACE Agility radar survey by communicating and providing support if needed to the Scrum Masters of these teams
