Continual User Participation in Human-Centered Research and Design

Shelagh Cully, Senior User Experience Designer with Ventera, and Mana Hayashi Tang and Hyorim Park, Senior User Experience Researchers with Ventera, present a case study on two custom designed and developed CMS products.
