Starting with the underpinnings of Agile thought and progressing through the process of conveying the intent and expected outcomes of software products, and how we tie the products and services we build to the overall goals and strategy of our enterprise, this track provides comprehensive knowledge of Product Management principles, techniques and practices from “boots on the ground” to the highest levels of leadership.
